Our aim is to provide healthy, delicious food while making a conscious
effort to maintain environmentally sustainable practices.
In turn, this informs everything we do: car journeys are kept
to a minimum; we avoid throwing away food. Any excess is either eaten by the family or given to homeless charities.
Ingredients are locally sourced & seasonal where possible. In
addition to the obvious environmental sense this means vastly more flavour and vitamins are retained.
We strive to develop an ever-expanding network of local suppliers
who subscribe to our sustainable ethos: all our meat is locally reared and free-range.
Our coffee and cocoa products are fair-trade.
