Like many of the ingredients we use, Evergreen Catering has grown organically, as a result of a passion for creating innovative, modern food without compromising ethics.

 

We specialise in delivering buffets, canapés and sandwiches for any occasion and our objective is simple – to provide reasonably-priced, delectable dishes that combine all the soul of home-cooked food with a focus on local ingredients but adding a modern twist that evokes a sense of something more exotic.

 

We source local, seasonal produce that is organic, free-range and GM-free, wherever possible, and then throw in a little creative flair to deliver a feast for both the eyes and the stomach.

 

Our menu is flexible and a great deal of time is spent designing and testing flavour combinations to ensure that we provide fresh and vibrant options for vegetarians, vegans and carnivores. We believe that, from a humble sandwich to a classy canapé, the difference is in our attention to detail.
